Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information (known as “PII”) refers to any pertinent information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including but not limited to full name, address, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, financial profiles, Social Security number, and credit card information. PII does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to a specific, identified individual.
Collecting Information
Upon applying to register for use of and/or continuing to use our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain PII that can be used to contact or identify you. We collect only the following PII from a User applying for the User role and status as a General Enthusiast: first and last name, email address, date of birth, social media profile information, and location. We collect only the following PII from a User applying for the User role and status as a Mystichrome Cobra Owner: first and last name, current mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, social media profile information, location, vehicle identification number (VIN), the letter from Ford Motor Company’s Special Vehicle Team (known as “SVT”) which states the User’s name and mailing address and the User’s vehicle’s VIN, and the SVT build certificate which states the User’s vehicle’s VIN. The User’s vehicle’s VIN is the only PII that is used, in conjunction with other non-sensitive vehicle information, to verify and authenticate the true integrity and build of each unique, limited-production, special-edition Mystichrome Cobra. We do not collect any financial profiles, Social Security numbers, or credit card information from any registered User.
Regarding Other Organizations
In addition to our direct collection of information, no other third-party service vendors and organizations (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses, and banks) are collecting this information from us, and such third-party entities do not have access to this information. All collected PII from our General Enthusiasts and Mystichrome Cobra Owners is stored, retained, and used by only The Mystichrome Cobra Authority for our Services.
Usage of Information
We use the collected PII to customize the Site for a registered User’s use of and inclusion in The Mystichrome Cobra Community, The Mystichrome Cobra Owners Registry, and/or The Mystichrome Cobra Photo Gallery depending on the User’s role; to make appropriate service offerings; and to fulfill any buying and selling requests on the Site. We may communicate to General Enthusiasts and Mystichrome Cobra Owners about purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use PII to contact General Enthusiasts and Mystichrome Cobra Owners in response to specific inquiries or to provide requested information. We will never sell, disclose, transfer, give away, or abuse any registered User’s PII.
Sharing Information
Only certain PII about registered Mystichrome Cobra Owners may be shared with other registered Mystichrome Cobra Owners who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other registered Mystichrome Cobra Owners. We do not share any PII about our registered Mystichrome Cobra Owners with any General Enthusiasts or Visitors, and we do not share any PII about our registered Users with any agencies and third-party entities.
Access to Information by Partners and Service Providers
The Mystichrome Cobra Authority has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors to maintain the overall health and condition of the Site. Such vendors may have access to certain PII on a need-to-know basis for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.
Available Choices for the Collection, Use, and Distribution of Information
General Enthusiasts and Mystichrome Cobra Owners may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us by responding to emails as instructed or by contacting us directly at administrator@mystichrome.com with “Unsolicited Opt-Out” in the subject line. We will never sell, disclose, transfer, give away, or abuse any registered User’s PII.
Storage of Information
All PII collected by The Mystichrome Cobra Authority is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of The Mystichrome Cobra Authority except for use as indicated above.
Security of Information
All of our employees are familiar with our security policies and practices. The PII of our registered Users is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to such information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain the security of our Site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins. We cannot and will not guarantee or warrant with 100% certainty that such events will not take place, and we will not be liable to registered Users for any such occurrences.
Correcting Inaccurate Information
General Enthusiasts and Mystichrome Cobra Owners may contact The Mystichrome Cobra Authority to update their PII or to correct any inaccuracies in their PII by contacting us directly at administrator@mystichrome.com with “PII Correction” in the subject line, or Users can utilize the provided method on our Site to correct such information.
Deleting and/or Deactivating Information
We provide registered Users with a method on our Site to delete/deactivate their account from the Site’s database. However, certain PII of registered Mystichrome Cobra Owners will never be deleted/deactivated as their corresponding listing in The Mystichrome Cobra Owners Registry must remain active and current, and in such an event, only the registered Mystichrome Cobra Owner’s contact information will be deleted/deactivated in the registry listing. Also, due to backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to completely delete a registered User’s PII without retaining some residual information. Any User who requests to have PII deleted/deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will never sell, disclose, transfer, give away, or use PII relating to any such User in any way moving forward.
Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a User’s computer and that the User’s browser provides to the website each time the User returns. We use cookies to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Services.
Site Usage of Cookies
Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Users and the services selected by our registered Users. We also use cookies for security purposes to protect our General Enthusiasts and Mystichrome Cobra Owners. For example, if a registered User is logged on and the site is unused for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log off the User. Any Users who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before visiting our Site, with the drawback that certain features of our Site may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Our service providers use cookies, and those cookies may be stored on your computer when you visit our Site.
Site Usage of Log-In Information
The Mystichrome Cobra Authority uses log-in information, including but not limited to your Internet Protocol (IP) address, Internet Service Provider (ISP), browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of visit, analysis of trends, administration of the Site, tracking movement and use, and gathering broad demographic information.

Compliance with Laws
We will disclose PII in order to comply with a court order or subpoena from a judicial court or a request from a law enforcement agency to release such information. We will also disclose PII when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our General Enthusiasts and Mystichrome Cobra Owners.
Privacy Regarding Minors
Our services are geared toward the responsible ownership and maintenance of the limited-production, special-edition Mystichrome Cobra, and we recognize that such interest is naturally oriented toward adults of a responsible age and with the financial means to successfully maintain such a vehicle at a high level. Therefore, our Services do not and will not address minors (by law, described as any person under 18 years of age), and we do not knowingly collect any PII from anyone under 18 years of age. Upon applying to register an account, we specifically require each applicant to state their date of birth and confirm that they are an adult at least 18 years of age, and the applying User’s date of birth is the only piece of PII that is used to legally confirm a User’s adulthood status.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has registered an account on our Site by providing us with PII, please contact us immediately in the contact details provided. If we discover that minors under 18 years of age have registered an account on our Site by providing us with PII, we will delete the account and PII from our servers immediately. Although the legal age of obtaining and maintaining a driver’s license is 16 years of age in many parts of the United States of America, we stand firm on our belief that responsible ownership of a collectible vehicle is a privilege for adults of a responsible age and with the financial means to successfully maintain such a vehicle at a high level. While this may accurately describe certain adults that are much older than 18 years of age, we cannot and will not discriminate against any adult of legal age for registering an account, and thus, nobody under 18 years of age shall register an account on our Site.

Privacy Policy Updates
We will let our Users know about changes to our Privacy Policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our Privacy Policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of PII that a registered User has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such registered User to allow such User to prevent such disclosure.
